On Nov 27th 2025, the HELIOS consortium gathered in Delft for the sixth General Assembly meeting of the HELIOS project, hosted by Mark Tummers, Sikke Klein, and Rafael Pichler (TU Delft | Mechanical Engineering). This in-person gathering brought together our project partners to discuss key developments in hydrogen-based gas turbines.
We presented the first encouraging results from our atmospheric test campaign and celebrated receiving the Best Success Story award, granted by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership and jointly won with our sister project FLEX4H.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to review progress across all work packages and outline plans for the second high-pressure testing phase, scheduled for next year.
We also visited the labs and had a closer look to the Flamesheet model constructed by Rafael.
Overall, it was a highly productive and successful day, filled with meaningful discussions, strong achievements, and great collaboration.
